How we work
- Deliverables are listed in writing before work starts.
- Changes are quoted and approved in writing before they're built.
- Projects are billed 40% on signature, 30% at midpoint, 30% on delivery.
- Retainers are billed monthly in advance; unused hours expire.
- Payment terms are net 14. Invoicing in EUR or GBP.
- No lock-in beyond the minimum terms stated on each service.
- The code and IP are yours once the final milestone is paid.
