AI and workflow automation
RAG pipelines, restricted LLM agents, document recognition and self-hosted n8n workflow automation, running on EU infrastructure by default, with EU-hosted models such as Mistral. By default, your data stays in the EU.
What we deliver
- Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over a company's own documents and data.
- Restricted LLM agents — scoped to a defined knowledge base, constrained in what they can answer and do.
- Recognition and categorisation — automated classification of documents, records and inbound data.
- Voice — a virtual AI voice assistant, built and running in Appointio.
- Workflow automation on self-hosted n8n — orchestration across internal systems, running on infrastructure the client controls rather than a third-party SaaS.
- AI code review in the delivery pipeline — wired into self-hosted Git to review every push and run additional checks. Running on our own projects today.
Where your data goes
By default, models, pipelines and workflow orchestration run on EU infrastructure, using EU-hosted models such as Mistral, so company data stays in the EU and is not processed by third-party automation platforms. If you prefer a model provider outside the EU, that is your choice, and we set it up accordingly.
Frequently asked questions
- Which models do you use?
- By default, Mistral, a European model provider. The choice is yours, and we'll build on whichever model you prefer.
- Where does our data go?
- By default, models, pipelines and workflow orchestration run on EU infrastructure, using EU-hosted models such as Mistral, so company data stays in the EU and is not processed by third-party automation platforms. - What happens to data residency if we choose a US model?
- Data sent to the model is then processed by that provider under its terms. We set this out in writing before the build starts, so it's an informed decision.
- Where do the workflows run?
- On self-hosted n8n, not on a third-party SaaS automation platform.
- What is a restricted LLM agent?
- An agent scoped to a defined knowledge base and constrained in what it can answer and do.
- How does this fit our existing systems?
- Integrations are built into your existing Laravel and PHP applications, so automation lives inside the systems your team already runs.
