How it works
- Discovery. One to two weeks. We map the operation and produce a written specification with a fixed price. €2,500, credited in full against the build. Builds of about a month or less are quoted directly after a free scoping call.
- Build. Fixed price, billed 40% on signature, 30% at midpoint and 30% on delivery. You see progress on a staging environment throughout.
- Launch. On dedicated EU servers we operate, or on your own infrastructure.
- Run. A support plan from €750/month, or a full handover to your own team.
Terms
- Fixed price wherever the scope allows. Changes are quoted and approved in writing before they're built.
- Every build is led by a senior engineer from discovery to launch.
- We run a small number of builds at once, so each one has the team's attention.
- The code and IP are yours once the final milestone is paid, with the full repository, deployment documentation and environment configs. No lock-in.
- NDA as standard.

- What does a build cost?
- Builds start from €10,000, at a fixed price. Builds longer than about a month start with a paid discovery, €2,500 and credited against the build, which ends in a written specification and a fixed price.
- How long does a build take?
- From a few weeks to six to nine months for a full operating platform. Discovery gives you the timeline along with the fixed price.
- Who owns the code?
- You do, once the final milestone is paid. Until then you hold a licence to use it. At handover you receive the full repository, deployment documentation and environment configs.
- What if our requirements change?
- New features and changes are quoted and approved in writing before they're built, at €90/hour or as a fixed price.
- Can you take over an existing system?
- Yes. For a Laravel system, start with the fixed-price codebase audit. For anything else, discovery covers it.
- Where does the system run?
- On dedicated EU servers we operate, or on your own infrastructure.
- What happens after launch?
- A support plan from €750/month covers monitoring, security and dependency updates, backups and 10 hours of fixes a month. Further fixes and support work are €75/hour, and new features €90/hour. Or we hand everything over to your team.
